I highly recommend Anne Morey for any color services. I had previously seen her at another salon when she styled under the name Cheyanne and have tried to find her for some time. I have received many compliments on the tone and dimension of my blonde. For those of us who are blonde, it is difficult to find someone who creates the right tone or shade of blonde. She also previously transitioned me to a shade of chestnut brown which was beautiful as well. All around she is a wonderful colorist!

Anne has been doing my color for nearly 10 years. Love, love, love what she can do with my color--beautiful depth (no chunks) and dimension. I have hard to color hair so I was glad to have finally found someone that could do it correctly.

The salon was remodeled at the beginning of the year and it looks spectacular.

Not impressed. I've been there a few times to get a hair cut and it cost approx. $50 for haircut. However one day I booked an appointment with the front desk to get a partial foil and trim and the girl didn't do much with my hair and charged me $160. I almost started crying when I left, espeically since I have such fine, thin hair and she really didn't work that hard. While my hair was processing, I decided to get a manicure, the asain girl who did my nails was an independent nail artist, and all she talked about was me having my friends and family come to use her services. It was polite at first but she seriously went on and on telling me to bring in everyone I know. I found that as a bit unprofessional.

Best Salon, Stylist and Front Desk. I see Jen (she only works Tues. & Thursdays), but is well worth the wait. She is friendly, warm and the best stylist I've ever been to (and I've been to many over the years). She is an extremely versitile stylist and still takes classes to keep up with the different types of hair cutting that comes along. She has cut my hair, my daughter's hair, my 13 year old grandson's hair and my 16 year old grandaughter's hair. I have very short hair, my girls have very long hair and my grandson just below his ears. As I said, extremely versitile. I've been going to see Jen for over 13 years now.

Beautiful Salon! Great Stylists!!. I just moved to the area and noticed that Salon Junallo was the most happening place in town! They always have a busy parking lot... this usually means good business is inside, and there was! I have seen two different girls on a walk in basis and everyone was fabulous. I cannot say how happy I was to find a place where they are so welcoming and do such a good job,

if you are in need of a good hair style this is your haven!

Very dirty stations. I really wanted to like this salon. It's close to my house and a cute re-use of a building. I was disappointed. Low on the customer service, the place was very dirty, hair all over the floor, some swept to the wall but not put into the vacuum. The walls were full of stains from color splashes. The stylist were not dressed very nicely- I've seen better at Cost Cutters.

I don't think I'll go back. I wish I could.

Null Work Ethics. I visited this Aveda Salon about one month ago. When I arrived to the location, I was approached by the stylist Deborah ("Debra"), who notified me she was going to deliver the service. During the procedure, I noticed that the service was not producing the desired results for the requested "sleek and shine" style. When I courteously inquired her about this, she began to turn angry against me. Obviously, I was not receiving an acceptable service neither professionally nor personally. The stylist opted to terminate the situation by telling me "your hair is so frizz", "there's people that want what they don't have", "you should leave this location", humiliating me in front of all of the customers and employees present, and sending me to the street with a disaster over my head. I was totally astonished since my perception of Aveda and Salon Junallo was top professionalism in the beauty industry. I asked for help, but unfortunately neither another stylist nor a manager was available to offer a solution, instead showing a careless and indifferent attitude. Only someone at the front desk gave me the phone numbers of two contacts; however, not even by phone I received assistance. I felt disappointed and annoyed.

Excellent friendly service and super talented stylists. I have my hair cut by Elena who I have been going to for over 10 years. She is the absolute best stylist in the twin cities, if you bring in a photo of the style you like, she will duplicate it to perfection. My hair is extremely thick and wavy and requires extra time and skill, Elena knows exactly how to cut it! She is sometimes a little late to the appointment but it is always worth the wait. She is extremely thorough so expect the cut to take a little longer than normal (you will be happy to stay longer in this salon because of the friendly staff, relaxed casual atmosphere and coffee to sip!) For one visit, Elena was sick and her daughter who also works there cut my hair and it was also done perfectly. They carry Aveda products but have never been pushy with me to buy (this is one of my pet peeves). Visit this salon and you won't be disappointed.

Relaxed atmosphere, not too "uppity". The service when I walked in wasn't overly friendly; I had to help myself to a beverage. I'm not sure if all the stylists are independent or not- mine is. Alison, my colorist, is the friendliest stylist. She offered me a beverage and made me feel very welcome. I've gone to her for awhile; she always gives me what I want, and contributes her ideas if I need them.
