I use to go to lif'etime fitness on moor lake dr in Fridley they are the scam artists they're rates go up as you get older, they tell you to cancel 30 days before you are not respondsible to pay them anymore but it turns into 60days and sometimes they don't cancel you so they keep charging you until the end of your contract. I use to go the Ballys years ago they're rates where cheap then, and I just went back there two months ago they offered me two deals for coming back one $9.99 a/mo for 12mo with $25 resign up fee or $99.99 for the year with no sign up fee they're daycare is super awesome sometimes some of the employees bring in they're game councils for the kids to play with, the people that go to the Fridley location on University have are down to earth, and same with the employees. I know one of the personal trainers Jason he's been there for a very long time, and treats his clients like family, he even invited some of his long time clients to his daughters first birthday.

They keep it very personal, and one on one, they do everything they can at this location to work with you. unlike the review before this one which was "OVERLY" exaggerated on an extreme level.. the only time I have seen anyone @ the front desk put someone on hold is one because they're taking care of someone standing there infront of them which to me is proper customer service I personally would tend to someone that is infront of me before someone on the phone.

Addressing the cancelation fee well your an idiot if you don't read the contract they give you there's a reason they give it to you... dumb people.

This Ballys location is awesome much better than lifetime fitness.

this place is the worst fitness place ever. they make you sign and never tell you that there is a cancellation fee. they rip you off. their customer service number is really bad. you call and they put you on hold for hours...it is really frustrating guys. all they want to do is to rip off your money. learned my lessons!!
