Horrible Service! Terrible Food!. They need to completely revamp the staff at this place! We visited for the first time last night and were absolutely disgusted with this place! For starters, the server we had was horrible! She was rude and very slow. The food was terrible! What we ordered (ribs) came out bloody. When we brought this to the server's attention, she proceeded to complain about how awful her night had been. She did not offer to take care of us. She brought the rib back to the kitchen and had the kitchen manager (I think) come out and tell us that there is no way that the ribs could be raw because they come pre-cooked. As he looked at the rib he admitted that yes, that one was bloody. (Ooops, right?!) He said that he could bring us new ones, but they would look the same. Hmm. He should have offered to take them off of our bill or replace them with something else. After that, we finished our drinks (which took 20 minutes to get) and left without so much as a "thanks for coming in" or "sorry about the food". VERY disappointing all around. We will never go back.
