Frickin Awesome!

I was raised in the area and had not been to Monte's Bar in a Many years. I was telling the person that I was with to expect an old dive that has a comfortable feel. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door, the inside had been redone. Brighter and Cleaner, with still the welcoming feeling. They put in a kitchen where the stage used to be and sell pizza's. we headed for the pool tables. They have 3 pool tables there, There is a sign on the wall. "Free Pool, Darts, Jukebox" "All The time" ....I was told that, "yes, the pool is free!" we played a couple games, plugged in a bunch of songs on the jukebox and had a great time. Monte's will see lots more of me in the near future... I have been telling everyone about it that I come across. the Bartender was awesome as well... Thank you!

Best time ever

Montes is a great place to go and relax. They have great food (expecially breakfast) stiff drinks and an awesome staff.

They have plenty of things to keep you occupied also. ex. TV's, pull tab booth, two wheels, pool tables and other various games. This is a great place to go with friends or stop in by yoursekf and escape for awhile!

• Cons: you wont ever want to go home

Best Dive Ever

Montes is a great place to hang out if you like awesome food, great waitresses, lots of TVs! Oh yeah they pour a great drink!! They also have plenty of things to keep you entertained ( 2wheels lots of pulltabs and funny people)

working mans bar

If you like people without monkey suits you will like Montes. Cute waitresses, stiff drinks, loose women, fat men abound. Lots of TVs and gambling ( 2 wheels and lots of tabs). Good food from Keyes Restaurant attached.

• Pros: unpretentious, good sports viewing, not crowded
• Cons: low grade karoake, spendy, needs a better glass
