Unconvectional but.... When you first go to Advance Health, their methods seem a bit unconventional. The first time I went I felt overwhelmed by knowledge and information. I decided to go back for a second time and I'm so glad I did. They really do know what they are talking about, which comes from years of experience. I'm an athlete and I have been injured for over a year. I have tried everything from rest, to physical therapy, to numerous "second" opinions. After going there for a month-I was almost back to normal. Dr. Gregg really does know what is doing and truly gives you his time and attention. He goes out of his way to make sure you are seeing results. He is knowledgeable and experienced with many different methods.…

Reply to Stay AWAY!. I remember Angela’s office visit very well. She chose us from a Noran Neurological Clinic referral list. Two office visits went fine. We were staying later than usual for Angela, as she was coming from work. A new person was being trained in. The 13 year experienced staff was not there. I was working on my best childhood friend with a difficult problem.

Angela waited for 20 min. Unfortunately, she was not given some paperwork for the Car accident by the new staff person. Upon discovering this, I asked Angela to fill out the required form and she would be seen in 5 minutes. When she commented about tardiness, I did mention personally waiting 1 hour for MD’s. The clinic try’s to be courteous of patient’s time. People will wait 20 minutes in a restaurant.

Our 13 year staff lady who personally had helped Angela tried to explain/apologize by telephone. Angela said she was talking to someone and Hung up.

I appreciate Angela, my best friend and everyone coming to the clinic. I apologize for her unfortunate experience. I also appreciate being a referral source for Noran Neurological Clinic. For 26 years I have helped thousands of people with difficult problems. I am a credentialed provider for most major insurance companies. This is a multi-part grading system to insure High Quality Health Care. I am quite positive that if Angela would have accepted the temporary circumstances, she would have Excellent Care and the Best Recovery possible!

appears to made injury worse & lost x-rays. I had a sore neck that would not go away for a couple weeks, and after a handful of treatments my pain became astronomically worse; Last treatment included a very rapid twisting of my neck. And now I was wearing a neck brace sometime and suffering greatly.

I went to see another non chiro for treatment to resolve my new issue. We resolved my issue. Subsequently, I found out that my x-rays were never transferred to my 2nd medical facility and did vanish.

I allege that this Chiropracter (in an etempted to steal from me and my insurance company) injured my neck further and subsequently lost my x-rays to cover up what he did.…

Worst place out there!! Stay AWAY!. So I went in and they are so disorganized, they didnt know what was going on. Really? And then the Dr. Greg was ok with me waiting an hour and a half after my apointment was scheduled for my apointment to begin. I politly offered to reschedule and he got extreamly offended. He acktually said he has had people wait an hour after there scheduled apointment to see him. Yeah, not gonna happen!…
