Great style, great value!. I've been seeing Julie R. at Hair by Hughes for a little over a year now. She is fantastic! She works magic on my color, warranting touchups only every 4 months or so - I don't know how she does it, but the color fades and grows out perfectly.

Hair by Hughes moved to a new location recently- the new space is beautiful. For being in the middle of Blaine, it's very chic. In addition to hair services, they also do manicures, pedicures, facials and massage.
