I always aim to support small businesses and have visited Epitome whenever I am in the Galleria. Sadly, over the years this business has really gone downhill. They still have cute clothes, but the quality is unreliable, and the management is terrible. I won't be back.

Great Clothes, Snobby Sales People. Love the store, but several of the sales people are snobs!

Have bought clothes there many times over the years, but when I run into the sales snobs it deters me from going again. Sad, because my daughter and I have enjoyed the clothes.

Great Lines, Bad Service. I had heard good things about Epitome and was looking forward to shopping there. Unfortunately I left without purchasing anything because the staff person was horribly rude, and frankly a total snob. They carry a lot of great merchandise though--their sales help could just use some tips on common courtesy, or at least learn to keep their judgements to themselves. A disappointing experience.

This store feels like a big closet, with small selections of many collections and something for every occasion.. In Short
Epitome carries selected pieces from many different designers, and the racks serve every need, from conservative office wear to frilly frocks to casual togs for a day at the beach. Designer names include Calvin Klein, DKNY and Ralph Lauren. Frugal brides will find an affordable selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses to browse. The store recently expanded to carry paper products, from stationery to invitations to party supplies.
