I went into this store to buy a gift for a friend who just had a baby & also some fun new clothes for my 2 year old daughter & the service was terrible! As I entered the store I was looked up and down by 2 salespeople & not greeted warmly at all. As I dug through the clothes myself most items I was interested in they didn't have my size & when they finally did try to help they attempted to talk me into buying a smaller size saying "this style fits large" when I could look at it knowing it wasn't going to fit my daughter. They treated me like I couldn't afford what was in their store. Little did they know I had planned to spend some serious money there but not after I was treated so poorly. I do not understand why good customer service is so hard to find now days. The other issue with this store is it's impossible to get a stroller through it. I had to leave my daugther with my husband and go in by myself. Very tight space & for a children's store I find that so frustrating & just plain silly! I mean many Mom's shop with their children so I expect to be able to navigate through a store especially if it caters only to children! How is that even legal? What if someone in a wheelchair wanted to shop in this store???? They could never do it! Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything & don't plan on going back to this store. I will find another specialty children's store to spend my hard earned money at that actually has the customer service I would expect in such a store. I cannot understand how this store stays in business! Don't waste your time in this store no matter how cute some of the clothes may be.

Cute clothes. They really can be found several other places though. If you like playing the elitist snob game, then this is your place. If you spend enough money, they treat you somewhat courteously, otherwise forget it.
Pros: Decent selection of unique clothing in one place
Cons: Consistently Poor Service, Nearly Impossible to Navigate
