bad luck or bad product?. I bought a garnet/diamond ring for my girlfriend, nothing excessively expensive but I did expect some level of quality.

first we had issues getting it sized properly and it needed to be sized twice.

After returning from being sized the second time, one of the small diamonds was missing and they didn't notice.

It was repaired (now about 3 weeks total time after purchase) and. my girlfriend finally was able to wear the ring. She had it for another couple weeks and another diamond fell out. It is currently being repaired for the second time. I don't complain about much, and this may be the exception as this jewler seems to have a pretty good repiutation, but I was pretty dissapointed in the product. I do have to say they seem to have good service which does count for a lot these days, but it will make me think twice about purchasing other products there.

Great!!. My husband bought me a Hearts on Fire diamond ring for our 25th anniversary from Scheherazade last month. It is by far the most beautiful diamond I have ever seen. The ideal cut along with the perfectly set crown angle makes it sparkle so much! Their staff was very helpful in explaining their different diamonds and rings. They always have great jewelry and service.

Highly OVERPRICED!!!. I started my ring shopping here and thought at the time the store was nice. The more I looked though, I realized how much more expensive their rings and diamonds were for the EXACT same quality elsewhere. Also, they totally played off the importance of finding certified diamonds which I found out later to be hugely important. Overall, they were just way too expensive for the quality. I bought elsewhere...

Shining Treatment. I received wonderful treatment when I went to Scheherazade. I was greeted in a friendly manner and approached by real experts. The quality of their service matches the quality of their merchandise in my opinion. They have an amazing selection of designers that are truly unique. If youre looking for outstanding jewelry with an attentive and helpful staff, Scheherazade is the spot!

One of a Kind. With such a beautiful store, I thought I would feel intimidated, but the staff at Scheherazade was friendly and informative, and let me just look around. The unique selection is unlike anything I've seen at other stores- I was able to browse what was on display, ask questions and see up close the work that goes into the gorgeous designs. I'm comfortable shopping for jewelry there, that's my place, I like it very much.
