I would not recommend this place for any photos needs. I went to get some passport photos done. The person I was directly dealing with was Brad and the service he provided was rushed, rude and obnoxious. I will not recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their photos done.

Kim W. I am so sorry that you had a bad experience at Fast Foto & Digital. I do not remember our conversation, but I do remember that I was really sick that day and it was the second time in the 14 years that I went home early. I would like to make it up to you and feel horrible that you had a bad experience. Trust me when I say that it is NOT the way I run my business. Top quality photofinishing along with excellent customer service is my life and I would like to say I am very sorry. I am human and would love to earn a second chance.

I cannot believe the excellent reviews this location has received. I had a terrible experience at Fast Foto in Edina. The owner Brad was very rude to me. He behaved in such a manner that confused me. It was as if he did not need my business. He did not even have the manners to greet me when I walked into his store. I will never be back here. The reviews he got must have been done by his friends or family members because I did not experience such a service. I am appalled.

Love Fast Foto!. I wouldn't trust just any photo lab to develop my SLR film, print my photos, make my enlargements or even put my digital prints on a cd other than FAST FOTO & Digital. I have been using them for about 15 years and have never had a single problem or issue that needed to be resolved. My prints always look great, and they have a wonderful turnaround time. If you want them in an hour, you get them in an hour! I have friends who go to Sam's Club to print their photos...mine look soooo much better compared to theirs! You really can see the difference in quality.

Brad & Sandy are friendly, professional, eager to please and just a joy to work with. If you care about your photo memories it's worth it to go to FAST FOTO & Digital!!

Great Experience!!. I don't know what BerniceN is talking about. I found an old picture of my grandpa on a harley motorcycle that was all beat up and wrinkled and I really wanted to see the details that were missing on it so I took it to Fast Foto and the owner (Brad) took it and did miracles to it. It looked like the original when he was done and I had him enlarge it for me. I framed it and gave it to my son, who also rides a Harley. He was thrilled. I had a great experience at this photo lab.

Rude employee/owner. Store owner was unfriendly and downright rude. I wrote him to inquire if it was possible to get a light blue background passport picture taken at his store. He assured me it was possible. When I got to the store, he greeted me with either a smile or a hello. I had sent him the specifications via email for my passport pictures prior to turning up. When I got there, I also brought some samples with me. He lectured me for not printing out the specs online. Then he brought out an un ironed crumpled up cobalt blue cloth to use as a backdrop. He had no studio, only a chair in the front of the store with a cardboard piece on the wall. I then told Brad that it was the wrong color and that I needed a light blue background. He then argued with me that he has had no problems in the past. He then told me to buy my own piece of cloth and bring it in. I left and went to ProEx where I was treated with respect and spend $20 less than I would have at Fast Foto. Stay away.
