very good child care center. My son attended Kinderberry Hill at Edina for almost 2 years until he was 4.5 years old. He would continue there until kindergarten if we did not move out of state.

Overall our experience was all positive.

The majority of teachers are great. They are loving and nurturing while academically challenging kids in an age appropriate manner.

I would recommend it to anyone with no hesitation.

Unsure. My initial impression was very negative as I noticed the director assessing me but what I was wearing (noticably looking up and down from my head to feet) rather than a welcome with eye contact and a firm handshake.

The decor of the front area seemed pretentious and I was uncomfortable as I sat in chairs that sank until my eyes were at the level of the director's shoulders. I perched myself on the edge to attempt equaling out our positions. It wasn't until I clarified mine and my husbands career paths that she opened up and seemed to speak to me as an equal. It was very disturbing.

Entering the classroom was overwhelming at first with all of the stimulation and posters everywhere, but the teachers seemed very happy and in harmony with the children and their needs. It wasn't until upon leaving another teacher came to show the director an exciting activity she was working on that I got the sense that the instituion wasn't simply pomp and circumstance, but a place for kids to explore in a safe environment.

Overall- if you get past the initial "show" there are caring and trained people there for your kids.

We are opting for a more relaxed and sincere experience for our child that offers value and a well rounded demographic as he will be attending a public school for kindergarten. I'd hate for him to miss out on the social experiences that money and pretty things can't teach.

great place for kids. I cannot believe these reviews that I am reading on line. I have two kids there and it has been a great experience in a safe, clean and friendly environment. The infant teachers are great and my youngest has been there since the age of 4 months. I never worried about leaving my kids there. My oldest has learned a lot and is able to read words at this time. The curriculum is very good and the kids participate in lots of artistic activities as well. The teachers do a great job and they try their best with busy little kids. It is the best daycare that we found here since moving from the West Coast where we had a great daycare as well. We tried another day care center in Edina; however, we had to move to another one because my child was getting sick there all the time and it did not seem very clean. In addition, the teachers were constantly changing. We have been very happy with KBH and if we had another child, it would be attending KBH as well. You cannot trust reviews of people who write them for their "friends". I did visit a local Kindercare, and I am sorry to say, but I was horrified.

Bad Choice.. My best friend and her husband really disliked the teachers. They sent their kid to Kindercare and liked it much better.

jj2580. The girl that wrote the negative review was the girl that was fired...How high school of her to go online and write a fake review and refer to herself as the best teacher!
