I hired them to do my house and several trees. A friend of mine referred them to me. They were reasonably priced compared to the other companies that did estimates. I have never hired my lights done before, and the owner was very kind and personable and offered lots of ideas. When a strand of lights went out after a snow storm, he came out within 2 hours to repair. The lights look great, and I've had numerous compliments on them.

I scheduled to use this service to install my Christmas Decorations this year. They did not return phone calls to confirm. I took the afternoon off work to be home for them. They never showed up. When they were an hour late, I called both of their phone lines repeatedly to see if they'd still come out and the lines were both busy. At one point, someone answered one line and hung up on me immediately. I left a message asking if they were still coming. They never returned my call and never came.
