Overpriced, questionable service. I took my car into this B&S location on a Sunday afternoon after while driving to church my tensioner belt failed and resulted in my sterring wheel locking up, battery light coming on and car overheating. I got a call from the mechanic who confirmed this was the issue and quoted me about $500 in repairs including parts and labor. About 30 minutes later the same mechanic called back to tell me he was testing this new belt when my engine seized up and the car started to smoke and overheat. He then proceeded to tell me now I need a new engine and it would at least 18 hours of labor which means a bill for thousands of dollars. I knew the car had one of the best engines in it (3800 series in the buick regal) because its why I bought the car not to mention I'd had NO issues with engine in 2 1/2 years of driving so I filed a complaint with the BBB immediately because I knew this guy was eiher an idiot or trying to take me for one. The next morning I got a call from the shop manager saying his mechanic was wrong. He said actually the radiator was cracked and some other plastic part on the engine had ti be replaced but the new quote qould be $1620 with tax. I let tem go ahead with th work and went in two days later to get my car. The bill had went up to $1786 with no explanation other than "oh he didn't i nclude tax in that total." I drove my car for about 20 minutes when the steering wheel locked up on me again. I had to force the wheel to make turns left or right because it would not move. On the receipt I see the mechanic wrote there is a "major steering wheel fluid leak." My car was not leaking anything like this before I took in and my wheel had no issues turning. I took the car to the BP shop down the road and asked someone to look at this leak. He said it looks like a hose or pump was disabled. I know this wasn't the case before I took my car to these crooks. I wouldn't reccoment anyone take their vehicle to this B&S location unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money and get your car back with more problems than it had before you took it in to them. Single women, DO NOT go to this location ALONE for MAJOR repairs. I suggest taking it elsewhere to a trusted mechanic or bringing along a brother, dad or boyfriend who knows about cars. I feel like they lied, deceived and robbed me of close to $2000 and then gave me back a car with a majpr leak that they caused. Dont take your vehicle there for major repairs unless you enjoy being robbed of you hard-earned money.

Overfilled my engine with oil.. They overfilled my engine up to 2 quarts of oil! And after talking to the "manager" and to the "mechanic" they said that a 4 cylinder car requires 6 quarts of engine They don't know what they are talking about.

I went to a dealer to have it corrected and they saw that the oil filter has been tightened so much that the oil filter has disintegrated when they tried getting it out. The drain plug has stripped out the oil pan groove as well.

Don't go to this Bobby and Steve's branch anymore or any other Bobby and Steve's branches.
