Eddington's has great soups and wraps! I didn't have the salad bar, but know that that would be a great option in the summer! They must have had 10 soups of the day! Great selection, LOVED my turkey-bacon wrap! The chicken wild rice soup was good, too!

Whenever we are back in Minnesota, Eddingtons is a must. A great soup and salad and sandwich bar, it is a homey, comfortable, clean restaurant. Moderately priced, the soups taste just like Grandmas. Their breadsticks which are served hot and crusty are my favorite. Makes me hungry for Jackie's Jumbalaya Soup! Yum! Once I carried this soup on the plane from Minneapolis to my family who missed this restaurant so much!!!

I love this deli. I have never had a bad or even average meal here. It is great food and really great food for the money. The sandwiches, the soup, and the wraps. This is great for a quick lunch or brining the whole family.
