Dr. D was exceptional. My older daughter just graduated and her beautiful smile made the celebration. I kept thinking how glad I was to have seen Dr. D. Her staff were great, the offices were attractive, and her hours and locations were convenient. I also used the payment plan, which helped our budget. Overall, I would strongly recommend her to others.

Dr. D is great! I love how quick they are to get through my appointments because I am a very busy person. I highly recommend getting your braces here, the staff is awesome and the office is beautiful! I cannot wait to show off my beautiful smile when I get my braces off!

We have just completed the third family member through Dr D. We had exceptional care and a great Orthodontic care experience. We could not be happier. We are impressed with Dr. D's state of the art offices and friendly staff. The office also had flexible hours to accommodate our busy schedule. If we ever had an issue with a broken wire, we have been taken care of immediately. The results in our children have been dramatic. They have beautiful smiles. I highly recommend her for orthodontic care.

The scheduling office is quite unsympathetic to a child in pain - My daughter was in pain after getting a back brace. I called Dr. D's office, and requested a same day appointment for my daughter who was taking advils and was in pain. They would not give an appointment until the next day afternoon, although I called before 9.30am for an emergency appointment. I am very disappointed in Dr. D's office as this was the first time in three years that my daughter needed an emergency appointment to adjust her brace or remove it. Also, I feel that Dr. D is overrated. My daughter's teeth are beginning to have gaps and this is after spending $3000 only for the top teeth. I will definitely look for a different orthodontist to continue with the rest of her braces. I do not recommend Dr. D's practice.

My child and I had been in for a consult with Dr. D.

My first impression was when we walked in, it was very busy there and the office seemed very disorganized, nobody seemed to smile.

We then met with a nurse and Dr. D. she was knowledgeable and we were interested in her plan of braces. From that point it seemed to move very quickly as if the nurse was trying to make us start treatment in that office. We had visited others, and did not get that feeling. Our final decision will not be with Dr. D, I recommend visiting others for their opinions, you could have braces on before you know it, if you don't.

Dr. D is amazing! I wish I could post my daughter's before and after photos, she did a miracle job. I love going to see Dr. D and her staff. They always have smiles on their faces and are very friendly. The main reason why I would definitely recommend Dr. D's office is because one night (the 4th of July weekend) my daughter had lost a tooth that was attached to a brace and was hanging on the wire. I called the office and was prompted to an after hours number. I called the number not really expecting much, but was called back within 10mins of leaving a message. The girl from the office tried to help me through getting the wire out and removing the tooth. But with little luck on my end she said she could meet me at one of the offices! At 8pm, we meet with one of the assistants and she removed the loose tooth that was really bugging my daughter. If thats not impeccable service I dont know what is. There is a lot of other great things I could mention about Dr. D, her staff, and her office in general but it would take too long. All in all I wouldnt choose anyone else, when my son is ready for braces Dr. D will be the one he sees.

We love Dr D Orthodontics!! My stepdaughter has had great results in such a short time, the staff has always been extremely helpful and kind. Even though teenagers can be tough patients. Ten stars in my view!!

Completing the 4th family member number 5 on the way..... The best Ortho experience we have found. My family has recently completed its 4th member with Dr. D. We had a bad experience with our oldest daughters Orthodontist. Dr. D was a welcomed "breath of fresh air." Dr. D delivered as expected and then some. So much so, my husband also had Dr. D "re-do" his smile. Over the years we have always been impressed with Dr. D's state of the art offices and friendly staff. The way Dr D encourged our childern to wear apppliances and engage them with incentivess to do so made our job much easier and less nagging involved. As a busy mother I love that Dr. D sends myself and my family members text and e-mails to varify appts. etc. I am surprised to read the negative reviews Dr. D has received as we have never experienced any of the problems listed, actually we have had the complete opposite experience. If we have ever had an issue with a broken wire etc., we have been taken care of immediately. If not in our "home" office we have been seen in another of Dr. D's offices if not by Dr.D herself, by her partner or one of their assistants. As our daughter prepares to graduate, we have had so many people comment on our daughters smile and we proudly refer everyone to Dr. D. We are actually preparing our 5th family member to became another patient. You will not be disappointed in your choice.....

Inflexible hours, terrible results, not a satisfied customer. My experience with Dr D. is terrible!

First is because the appointments are only available two days a week. If you are working, I DO NOT recommend this place. Inflexible hours will cause a lot of troubles for you. When I say it is two days a week, it could mean half day Tuesday (pm) and whole day Wednesday (it happens most of the time). They have very limited early or late afternoon appointments. So, working professionals, this is NOT for you!

Secondly, the quality of the service is very poor. After two years of orthodontic treatment, I found out that the results were not as promised before the treatment. I felt that Dr D. rarely listened to her patients' needs, did everything her own way most of the time.

Don't get fooled because the location is in Edina or because of the nice office. You better bring your money somewhere else for better quality of service and results!
