Trying it out...

Just a quick note for those interested... I was a big fan of the original Carbone's at this location, and was very disappointed to see them go a few years ago when it was sold and the name changed. So when this store re-opened a few months ago i thought I would give it a try. My experience was quite positive. The food is classic Carbone's style, the prices were ok, and I had acceptable service. The decor looks freshened up (and cleaner than before) and the dining area is comfortable. That said, you can tell the staff is newer and a little inexperienced. But that will improve with time, and they did bend over backwards to make sure I was pleased. So I can overlook some of the small things like that for my favorite food! Anyway, I plan on returning soon.
