They failed at their second chance.... I made the mistake of giving Toll as second chance today. Aside from being overpriced on everything, their customer service is totally lacking.

I went in looking for a new propane cutting tip for an older Craftsman torch. The torch works perfectly with acetylene but I wanted to use cheaper propane at times. Having talked to American Torch Tip earlier, I already knew that ATT had a Harris adapter and had a relationship with Toll. While working with Bryan to get the adapter ordered, Loren, another salesman told me the torch is obsolete and that I should buy a new torch. While trying to complete the transaction, Loren interjected with several condescending comments. That was the last straw and I told Bryan to forget it.

Oxygen Service Company in St Paul has better prices and their customer service is awesome.
