Horrible experience last night. Group of 80 came in for skiing. Took over the Hotel, the pool, and the hot tub. Ran around till late into the night, drunk and loud. Staff did nothing to stop it.

Make sure they credit your club Carlson card. First, they didn't bother asking if I had one, then when I asked they made me go to my room, log on the net and find it for them. That's their job!!!

Free wifi, good complimentary breakfast, pool, hot tub, friendly staff and an ok workout room. Best place to stay in the grove!

Here's a tip. Stay somewhere else. Had to park a ways away because Applebees customers took all the spots. No automatic doors making it awesome to get luggage in. Worn down and tired rooms.
