Horrible Customer Service.
Worst moving experience ever. Charged twice ($2400) for my move and didn't receive a refund until I threatened to file a police report a week later. My wardrobe armoire was damaged during the move so I filed the necessary paperwork to recover damages. Cameron Carson (mgr) didn't contact me after I filed my claim so once again I had to initiate contact. He lied about trying to call me (I have phone records to prove he didn't), and after 3mo he still had not done anything to attempt to resolve it. Jerad Poling (owner) was not interested in getting involved, obviously they are not concerned about customer satisfaction at all. Better Business Bureau lists 18 complaints against College Muscle Movers in the past 36mos, 12 of those complaints which were just resolved within the last year. They have a track record of questionable billing practices and customer service problems, I strongly recommend people look elsewhere for a moving company.
