They practice in Bait in switch in a sence. Using the old price of gold fluctuation after you put down money to special order your gold jewlery. Go someplace else like Shane my aunt works there and they aren't immoral and realize don't do that to customers. Jewelery Exchange lost me and anybody I know for life. Way to do business moorons.

Love the prices and service!! My fiance got my ring here, and I went in to clean it, and they let me know they had tungsten rings for men just in, which is what I was looking for. I got a great price and great service everytime I go in for my free cleaning. :) I highly recommend it. :)

Worst jewelry perchance experience I have ever had. Worst jewelry perchance experience I have ever had. The store manager sold the engagement ring and I was humiliated when I gave it to my fiancé. The diamond was cracked!!! I live 45 minutes from the store and it took 4 trips to get a presentable ring. If you are not purchasing a several thousand dollar ring than you are not worth the time to the manager to give you anything but his lowest quality left over crap.

Worthless Warranty!. So let me start off by saying that I will not be returning to this store again.

My fiance bought my engagement ring in December 2010 and I received it on Christmas 2010. It unfortunately was too big and we live 4 hrs from the store so I had to wait until January to get it sized.

They couldn't find our record in the computer anywhere so we were almost not able to get it sized. Finally the manager came over and said "that's our ring, size it" (Probably the only high point.)

I have been wearing the ring for 5 months and one of the prongs broke off in my hand. It is a simple diamond solitaire and it rolled to the bottom of my finger and as I was rotating it to the top of my finger it just came off in my hand! I stopped wearing it until I would get it fixed because I was afraid that the 1/2 carat diamond would fall out! I made the trip to the cities and took the ring into the store to get it repaired. Again they couldn't find my records. Finally they found it and began to process my problem. They advertise a 1 year warranty on their website but don't follow through with it when you actually have a problem with your ring. I am told that it is not a manufacturer defect and that it will be $60 to repair. When I asked about the warranty I am told that the prongs aren't covered in the warranty!! Aren't they a part of the ring too? I argued with the manager for well over 15 minutes about the problem. He told me that people get their rings re-tipped every few years, I informed him that I had only been wearing it for 5 months! He then blames me and told me that I must have hit it and damaged the ring that way. I told him to give me my ring back and I would take it to another store where I would have them place the diamond in a higher quality band. He said "I will fix it for free then if that's what you want!" I told him to forget it because I don't want a prong breaking off every few months and lose my diamond in the process. I understand they don't make their rings but they should take pride in the product that they are selling and apologize for the problem instead of blaming the customer for simply wearing a ring.

My advice: spend a bit more at another retail so you know that you will be taken care of instead of given the run-around.

Excellent Service --- excellent ring!. My fiance bought my engagement ring here after a friend referred him. To be honest, neither of us knew anything about diamonds. Joseph helped my fiance find the best diamond for his budget...helped pick a great style, setting, etc. He educated my fiance and took the time to really show him what a good diamond was.

When we went back the next day to get the ring sized and everyone was very nice and helpful. The sizing took only about 10 minutes and we were on our way.

Great ring, great service. Thanks Joseph! :)

Wonderful Experience. My husband and I went to Jewelry Exchange to see if we could find replacements for my jewelry that was recently stolen from our house. The minute we walked in, Cynthia was there to help us find everything we were looking for. It was the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She listened to what I was looking for and also gave her opinion as to how things looked. My husband and I will definitely be shopping there for jewelry from now on! Thanks, Cynthia for making it an easy day of jewelry shopping!

Great Experience. When you stop in -and trust me, you should- ask for Joseph. His enthusiasm for fine jewelry and desire to teach first, sell second, make me comfortable and excited about my engagement ring purchase. He found me a flawless diamond that fit my budget.

Disappointment. My husband was so excited to give me two pearl necklace sets with earrings from this store for Mother's day this year.

Unfortunately both sets of earrings nearly crumbled in my hands. The earring backs for both sets litterally bent into or broke into two pieces. The necklace clasps are so cheaply made and of such poor quality I cannot even put them on.

I feel terrible that my huband was so thoughtful and I cant enjoy them or show them off.

To me excellence is in the details and this company fell far short of expectations.
