Driver was 35 minutes late to pick me up at the time I had scheduled. I shared my frustration with the driver & the dispatcher. Very specific directions were given to find my home, yet I watched the driver drive by twice. When dropped off to run errands, driver left me stranded. To get a ride home I would have to wait another half hour. Called another service for a return ride. Terrible customer service.

Excellent Airport Pickup. Picked me up from Eden Prairie Airport and took me to the Minneapolis Airport in a short notice. Thank you.
