I've finally found a yoga studio I can really relax in. The classes are small and the instructors are very welcoming. They providing just the right amount of guidance and allow each person to work at his/her own pace. If you're new to yoga I definitely recommend giving the beginners yoga class a try. The studio also offers more advanced yoga classes as well as pilates, kids yoga, and qi gong. I haven't trie the massages there yet but I've heard they're wonderful too.
