I am so grateful for the Shakopee Petland! we had been looking for a puppy for sometime, and had heard through word of mouth to try this shop. the staff was so friendly AND helpful! rosemary worked with us to make a flexible payment plan. and now we are the proud owners of a lovely English bulldog named Lucy! thank you so much Petland! you will definitely be seeing us again!

Jessica was very helpful. Helped us decide which pet was best for our family. Very friendly and put the kit together for us. She made it easy! Someone tried to buy the rabbit that we wanted, but she held it for us. Made our day.

Very helpful/ friendly and instructive with our kids about holding the pets the correct way. Answered all questions and made us very comfortable! Very nice!
