Worst service - and they're not at all apologetic about it. This place is going down hard and fast if they don't learn some customer service skills. We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order and the waitress never checked back with us after we got our food. We went without water refills for way too long. From what I've read on other review sites, they don't care in the least how bad their service is and will even go as far as to swear at customers who try to complain. I'm never going back.
