Good Caribbean dishes.
My husband & I went to Marla's for lunch on a Friday and the owner/chef waited on us herself. We each tried a glass of Soursop & Peanut Punch and they were delicious. Quite unlike Coke and Pepsi.
The stew brown down was an explosion of wonderful flavors. The Callalloo was mostly spinach. I was sort of disappointed since the menu described it as a combination of okra, crab and spices. After we placed our orders Marla said it will be 15 minutes and she kept her words. She has a website where you can see the menu in detail descriptions and her background. We will definitely go back and try other items.
