Could be friendlier. Really? Call the police because a neighbor has a garage sale? Wow, how unfriendly is that to the neighborhood? And, you come over and shop the sale? Did you ever think that people who come to the sale might notice your shop and visit you? How about in this day and age everyone is trying to make a buck including you, being friendly could be advantageous. Think about it.
