Simonson's Salon & Day Spa. I have been going to Simonson's Salon in Plymouth for several years and have always had a pleasant experience. I always get compliments on my hair cut and color from friends and family. I was recently in TX and met a retired stylist that owned her own salon for 30yrs., she said my hair cut was perfect and the color beautiful.

The hair stylists are always up to date on the newest products and styles. They bend over backwards to make sure that I am satisfied with the services they provide. What I like the best is that they really listen and care about what I want and always meet my expectations.



The receptionists are always helpful and pleasant.

I have also had facial treatments and they are awesome. I receive the same excellent service and my needs and expectations are always met.

I would recommend this salon to anyone no matter their age.

Terrible Salon and Spa. I had went t Simonson's for an up-do and a color. The stylist apparently put bleach directly on my scap/mixed the color wrong which left my scelp bleeding..it still hurts a year later. When I called to complain the receptionist had no idea what she was talking about and was to no help at all. I also unfortunantly went back to get my hair cute above my shoulders...one side is about 3 inches shorter than the other and it looks terrible. Therefore I will be wearing my hair in a ponytail until it even out. I had went to another stylist a different salon and she said she has never seen such a terrible job. Also I have had a facial and simonson's and it was also a waste of money.

Outstanding SERVICE!. I would recommend Simonson?s and more importantly this specific salon to everyone. The staff is amazing and caters to your every need. I have used this specific salon for several services on many different occasions and have had nothing BUT the best experiences. Simonson?s is a beautiful salon with true values and anyone who goes will agree. You can tell that this salon hires talented employees and takes pride in ensuring each one of them is trained to meet their clients? needs. This is a TOP notch salon that will continue to grow because it cares about each and every client!

Superb service!. I completely disagree with Besti?..! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this salon! My hair looks utterly fantastic? the stylist I saw was completely attentive to my needs and made me feel like a million bucks! Plus- I was even happier with my experience when I was given a free gift for trying out their location!

They're not sure what they do. I find it very odd that when I called this salon to inquire about if they do a certain skin service, they told me "I don't know, we're busy now, you'll have to call back tomorrow" I can't believe they run a business like this! This salon is a joke.
