Great help to push yourself to new heights. After almost a year of working out with a personal trainer at FT Downtown, I am an unabashed fan. The trainers have great personalities, in addition to outstanding knowledge of training and fitness. They push you to do your best, and teach you new ways to train. It's hard work, but the results have been fantastic. I've lost 45 lbs and 6" from my waist. FT Downtown has helped guide me to a new life of fitness.
