Groomer is insane!. The lady that was supposed to do the grooming was on some sort of power trip. She didn't listen as I told her the problems with our poor cat. She seemed to make reasons to not do the job. She questioned the authenticity of the vacination papers, like I'm going to falsify vacination papers just to have the cat groomed. While we were getting this set up she had brushed out a couple of hands full of hair. She called the vet because she hadn't looked at the 2nd sheet of paper that showed the vaccination date. She got an answering machine. She asked "what kind of vet has an answering machine". I started to explain that it was a rural vet, but she wasn't listening. I was tired of being treated like a criminal and asked her how much for her time. She said no charge. I put a $20 on the counter and told her to give me the cat. She brought the cat over. I was getting ready to put my hands under the cat and the lady says, "Don't you make a fist at me". I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I asked her what she was talking about? She said you were making a fist at me. I wasn't even looking at the lady, I was positioning my hands to gently lift the cat. I couldn't help myself and I regret it, but I said "I didn't make a fist at you, I was picking up the cat you f****** insane b****. And I left. I should have known. When I first saw her I was expecting to hear banjo music. She doesn't deserve even one star.

Love our Groomer. We have an Akita Shepherd mix and Mike was absolutely amazing with him. Bear loves going to this store and he loves seeing Mike:)
