Space-age mixology meets Soho at this lounge/restaurant.. This hip restaurant in the Graves 601 Hotel is all about display and presentation. The backlit and framed bar turns bulbous liquor bottles into beaming art sculptures. Below, well-placed scotches and tequilas glow like gold. And in front of it all, a master mixologist creates only the freshest and finest of arty cocktails for a diverse clientele that includes hip locals and curious visitors. Some of the specialty cocktails, like the bottles on the wall, even glow with space-age neon colors. It makes sense that such an uber-chic hotel would dress up Bradstreet in futuristic style: The lounge area, with its lined walls and high-design couches, is like Soho meets Star Trek. And the raved-about food is based equally in unique fusion, combining local, American and European fare to create delectable small plates.
