Very good service. As an internet professional, its very obvious that one person has attempted several reviews for the only purpose of negative slander. If you have bad experience with a business, which will happen, then take it up with the establishment. If your going to slander the business to make it look as if there are service is bad, try not using the same misspellings, and/or sames phrases. Service was as expected, and friendly!…
UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This Salon is a total nightmare. Not only do all the stylists care more about themselves then their customers, they also move mountains to prove it. While I was there a stylist was 15 minutes LATE
for an appointment and explained to the customer that she had to stop by the bank first. Probably because if they botch your hair, which from experience they WILL-even though you came in with a picture of YOURSELF with a haircut that you want- they want to make sure they cash in your hard earned money first. That way when you call NOT EVEN 24 hours later and request a refund they can REFUSE you. Botched hair and telling the customer they are wrong-definitely a NO-NO. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON.
Why are there so many good reviews below then, you ask? Well it's because the Salon went on it's facebook page and made a plea to all the friends and family of the stylists to write positive reviews so people wouldn't know just how bad their business really is.
I would suggest, if you really want a professional cut and color to go to Simonson's Salon off 55 and County Road 101 instead.…
