I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers for the first time on 9/8/12 to request service for a leaky toilet with a broken flushing mechanism. They were able to come out later the same day (Sat.) and Mark, the plumber, repaired/replaced the broken parts in about one hour. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use this service again.!

I've relied on Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs for the past 5 years. I've been fortunate to have the same plumber for each visit. Mark has done such a fine job that I have referred my neighbors to Roto-Rooter for their repairs. I have been pleased with the timely response to my calls and with Mark's explanation of the problem and the plan to do the repairs as well as the time required. The interaction between the customer and the plumber is a unique practice which makes Roto-Rooter a leader in the business. One suggestion: the portable credit card reader and electronic device could be upgraded. I noticed that a lot of time passed before the billing cycle was completed.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, April 28, 2012. Our kitchen sink would not drain at all, so we called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Minneapolis on a Saturday. Within a couple of hours, they had someone out working on the problem. The technician was very efficient and helpful and fixed the problem within a short time. He also gave us some good info on how to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again to fix any plumbing problem.

Bathroom sink. The shut off valve under our sink was dripping a lot and starting to rust out. Water was starting to damage the cabinet and title on the floor. Roto Rooter came to our rescue, although it was a bit prices to fix for a person like me on a limited income each month, i had it done. Angelo B in MPLs, 4/10/2012.

Friendly, thorough and prompt service. After flooding my basement by putting too much in the garage disposal, Roto Rooter came to the rescue within an hour (on a Sunday night, no less). The tech (Mark Hiegel) was friendly and courteous. He was careful about tracking water/dirt through our house, and gave me helpful future advice about what not to put down our disposal.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3-23-2012. I called Roto-Rooter because it was a familiar family plumber name when growing up. I called this one in Minneapolis. I thought it was a good choice. They came out in 20 minutes to give me an estimate on a water heater and the main reason: the leaky pipe. He found the leak right away and began sawing away at the sheetrock. He wiped the rag across the pinhole leak which had the sheetrock soaking wet. While water kept dripping on his head, he continued working and was prepared for the next project of sawing the old galvanized steel pipe, removing it and sawing the new copper pipe to fit. He had all the tools to do the job, and what great talent as he removed another old pipe at my request so I wouldn't have to remodel my basement cubby hole in case there was another leak. He replaced the main with fittings and also 16 feet of old pipe with new. This all took 3 hours and was reasonably priced. I would call him again for any new leaks!

Drain Cleaning. I called to get my toliet drained cleaned out - we had tried everything to clear it and we knew there was probably a toy in there. Dennis showed up within 2 hours of my call right at the BEGINNING of the window of time I was told on the phone. He was able to remove the plastic bouncy ball and have everything back together in less than an hour. I will definetly calling again if we have more toys in the toliet!

Roto Rooter Plumbers. I live in the Minneapolis area (Bloomington) and needed a plumber to clear our main line.

We have large tree in our front yard and the roots need to be cleared from the line going out to the street every year or two. We have had Roto Rooter out twice over the past five years for this service and both times they were able to come right away, completed the job in under an hour, and were very friendly. I gave four stars due to the price. I have talked to others who have had the same job done for considerably less so we may try somewhere else next time. On service alone, I would give five stars.

Roto-Rooter to the rescue!. We called Roto-Rooter because mom and dad had both toliets not working in their home. The plumber from Roto-Rooter was out in less then an hour. He was such a nice guy and treated my parents so well. He had both toliets fixed, cleaned out the drain in the laundry room and spot checked any other areas that could be a problem before he left. He even cleaned up after himself. You would of never known that he had been there! We would call him back for any future problems that they run into.
