Roto-Rooter. After having some toilet issues I decided to give roto-rooter a call to see what they could do. They told me they could have a tech come out within in next two hours and ten minutes later I get a call informing me that Jeff was on his way (this was on a sunday no less!) He arrived after about 20 minutes and got straight to work.

Jeff was very polite and explored multiple options while troubleshooting my problem. After all was said and done, my toilet worked perfectly and my pockets weren't too much lighter.

Great work, speedy arrival and not too costly!

So Thankful!. The tech that arrived was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgable. We were in a bind with a basement drainage problem. We were inpressed at the time the tech took to explain the problem and how to prevent it in the future. We are also thankful that he had a great attitude even though it was early Sunday morning and Father's Day!

Roto -Rooter's Helpful & Quick Response. We called with a main drain problem and the serviceman, Anthony, was promptly at our home the next morning. He spent quite a while cleaning the main drain and then spent time explaining to me what caused it to back up and how to avoid it happening again. I appreciated the time Anthony spent answering my questions. He was a great representative for Roto-Rooter.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers May 25. RR came out to snake the main drain. After 2 hours, the tech told me he hit a blockage and that I would need a camera to determine the problem. The camera tech came out a few days later and showed me a root ball in the middle of my line and suggested I buy a $6,000 liner to prevent pipe breaks. The first step in installing the liner is removing the root ball, so I asked him to do that first. He refused saying his crew wouldn't come out just to remove the roots. I called another company to remove the roots and they found the pipe to be in good condition. RR was clearly looking to sell a higher-cost, unnecessary product than just finishing the job I hired them to do. They have lost my business for good.

Roto-Rooter highly recommended. Had yearly "maintenance" done on some persistent tree roots in the line. Friendly service, respectful and informative technician. Love the online scheduling option!

Fabulous, Efficient, Knowledgeable Service!. Today, June 8, 2010, tech # 2205 came to our rescue. The main drain pipe from the house to the street was backing up, and we had flooding in the basement whenever we bathed, showered, ran the dishwasher or washed clothes. Jeff came and was able to unclog the drain!! He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. In addition to solving our problem, he gave us good information about future options. It was an altogether positive experience, and we would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. Thanks again! Julie Solomonson

Roto-Rooter Service. I guess it's true - you get what you pay for. We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter yesterday - even if it was a little expensive. Our service person, Jeff, was very helpful and offered suggestions for us based on the condition of our main line.

Although we hope a sewer backup will not happen to us again, it was nice to have someone like Jeff come to our rescue. Thank you!

Roto Rooter Great service. The specialists were quick to respond and gave good advice and service on a main sewer line.

Even though the repairs were expensive, they made a difficult situation manageable with their knowledge and friendly demeanor.
