I recommend using Roto-Rooter Pluming & Drain Services if you need a plumber in Minneapolis. Jim was dispatched to our house about 45 minutes after we logged an appointment online because our basement drain was backing up. He quickly and efficiently removed the blockage (hair). No mess, no delay, just quick and efficient, professional service. Jim was great and would welcome him back anytime, just hopefully not to soon.

No one likes to find a backed up sewer drain in their basement on a sunny Saturday morning!!! With an older home, I've had to deal with this before...except this time it was both the house line and the main line. In the past I've called other plumbers - they were a bit less expensive - but I will say this: you get what you pay for when it comes to plumbing. I was very impressed with the quick and courteous service I received on the phone when I made my appointment, and as a bonus, they were able to come earlier that anticipated. Brian was thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He walked me through each step of the process, as well as tips on prevention. I hope I don't have to worry about another backed-up drain, but if I do, I will be calling Roto-Rooter. Thank you!

I recommend using Roto-Rooter Pluming & Drain Services if you need a plumber in Minneapolis. Brian was dispatched to our house about 30 minutes after we called because our basement drain was backing up. He quickly and efficiently removed the blockage (tree roots) and recommended we also have a fiber-optic camera inspection of our main drain, which we scheduled for Monday. No mess, no delay, just quick and efficient, professional service. Two thumbs up from me.

Brian did and his trainee did a wonderful job taking care of our drain clogged with tree roots! He is first and foremost very professional . He is very thorough, friendly and gave us some good information to help us in the future. I will be trying the pipe shield product and I'm positive he is steering us in the right direction. Way to go guys! We have used Roto-Rooter in the past and have always been pleased with the results.
