No stress ring purchasing. I did my homework, walked in, had an idea of what I wanted to purchase to surprise my future fiance but did not know everything to look for. The staff sat me down, talked me through the C's of buying a diamond and then thouroughly listened to what I was looking for in a ring. I needed a certain style to withhold the demands of my soon to be fiance's job but wanted a style that still had class. WDD showed me numerous stones within the budget I gave them knowing I had a higher budget than mentioned. The staff never tried to upsell me or pressure me into buying something I could not afford. I finally asked to see the next stone up in a radiant as I had wanted and then we matched that stone to a ring that met the needed requirements. The ring came out perfect and my now fiance loves it. The ring even came in under my actual budget!!! We had to have the stone reset since the purchase, as it had come loose. WDD repaired the ring at no charge and had it back to us in the time they said it would be done. I recommend WDD to ANYONE looking for a no hassle jewelry purchase as well as EXCELLENT follow up customer service!!!

This experience could not have been better. I was a frantic bride when I walked into Wedding Day Diamonds at West End, having been told by another jeweler less than six weeks before my wedding that the wedding band we had ordered for me wouldn't be ready in time for the wedding.

Shauna and Charlie were heaven sent - they were so kind to my poor, freaked out self. But more than that - they were solution-oriented and incredibly helpful. I had specific requirements for my ring so that it would go well with my engagement ring, and they worked with me to find just the right solution that very night. They knew their inventory, they knew what would and wouldn't work, and they gave me honest feedback - when I asked! - about the choices in front of me. It was useful and it was reassuring, and they were professional the entire time.

Even more impressive? Shauna promised that we would have it in our hands two weeks before the wedding, even custom made, and tonight we picked up my beautiful, perfect wedding band that my fiance will put on my hand in two weeks and two days. She practically stalked the folks to make sure it would be ready, and ready it is!

Even more impressive than that? I got a call from Shauna about an hour ago saying that in the end the ring had been less expensive than what they had *already* *charged* me for, and she would be refunding over one thousand dollars to my credit card. She could've never told me that and I would have been none the wiser. That's integrity, and that's professional, and that's the sort of place and the sort of people I will be referring my friends and family to for years.

Go to Wedding Day Diamonds at West End. I assure you, it will be a wise choice for you.

THANK YOU West End!!. Everyone at the West End was wonderful. My fiance and I are extremely happy with our purchase.

I purchased our engagement ring at Rogers and Hollands. I was very disappointed with the service we received. When it came time to get our wedding band, we visited the friendly staff at West End.

Andrea helped us find a perfect match to my fiance's engagement ring. She was so helpful and upbeat.

About 4 month's later, it came time to pick up our ring, and we really did wait until the last minute. We had 5 days until our wedding and we still needed to check the fitting, and sauter the rings together. It was an error on my part to hold off so long. I felt nervous and embarressed when we went back in to the store. Shauna rushed our order through and we are going to have our ring already by our wedding day. Shauna was extremely friendly and helpful. I can't thank her enough.

My advise to anyone who is in the market for engagement/wedding bands. Go visit the folks at West End. I shopped around at all of their major competitors, and none of them come close. I am so thankful that I stopped by this location. It really has made an impact on our wedding.

Take the stress out of engagement ring shopping!. I cannot say enough about Andrea and the staff at Wedding Day Diamonds in St. Louis Park! I went in wanting to just gain information about diamonds. I was close to proposal, but had no clue what I wanted or even how to begin such a daunting task.

I was immediately greeted by Andrea and felt very comfortable. I had very little knowledge about diamonds, rings, or how to pick out the perfect one. Andrea treated me as if I was her only priority. She took as much time as I needed to learn everything I wanted.

I was between a broker recommended by a friend and Andrea. By the end of the process Andrea helped create a ring that was custom made, with a diamond bigger than I ever thought I could get on my budget, and all this was done for less than the personal broker could do! Not to mention it came with Wedding Day's lifetime warranty; it couldn't be beat!

There were countless times where Andrea and the rest of the staff went way out of their way to give me the perfect ring, and the perfect engagement. Now my wife gets daily compliments on her ring, and because it was custom made, there is no other ring in the world that compares!

Trust me, take the stress and worry out of engagement shopping, simply stop into Wedding Day in St. Louis Park, ask for Andrea and you won't be disappointed.

Special day because of Awesome relationship. I wanted to let others know about one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had at Wedding Day with the staff at the West End store. (there have been many) After Shauna, Andrea, Marie and everyone made my wife and I so comfortable and feel like part of the family during our engagement ring and wedding ring selections I knew I could count on Shauna to be there to help with a special project for my wedding. I had my mother’s original engagement wedding diamonds that had years ago been reworked to a large center diamond with 5 smaller diamonds set around it in a star pattern. The ring was one that my mom could no longer wear and so I brought this to Shauna with the thought of making it into a pendant to present to my mom just before my wedding ceremony. She not only thought that was a great idea, she then immediately showed me 3-4 options and styles that we could use. Because of the relationship that Shauna created with us during our visits, it seemed that she could read my mind and figure out exactly what would work and look best. I left it in her hands and I was not disappointed and neither was my mom. It was a special touch that I will always remember and be thankful that Shauna was there to help me out.

All Around AMAZING!!!. My husband and I started our ring searching journey on-line. I found a ring and fell in love. We went to the store to purchase it but I did not like the way we were treated. They made us feel as though we were wasting their time. We went to another store in Maple Grove and we didn’t like their selection. We then went to Wedding Day and met Shauna and Angie. We LOVED both of them so very much. They were so incredibly helpful and AMAZING. They were bringing me at times 6 different rings to look at, try on and see if I liked it. But, I turned my nose up to each one of them.

Shauna and Angie bent over backwards for my husband and me to make sure I got the EXACT ring I wanted. We purchased the ring at the other jeweler and brought it to Shauna. She then had it sent out and fabricated. Not only did she do that, she also matched their price!

It then came time to buy my husbands ring and he was even pickier than I. We once again found the ring on-line and immediately brought it to Shauna. It was not something that she carried but she opened up a book, found it and got it to the store in a couple of days. We went in saw it and purchased it right then and there.

Each time we had my son with and he was feeling a little left out so Shauna took him sat down on the couch with a book and went through a bunch of different rings and let him pick out his very own as well!

I cannot tell anybody enough how happy we have been with Shauna and everyone at Wedding day. They are all AMAZING people and know what customer service is all about! We have sent friends and family to them even though it’s a long drive for some and no one has been disappointed. I highly recommend everyone at Wedding Day especially Shauna.

WOW!... The BEST Diamond search EVER!. From the moment I walked in the door my shopping experience was OUTSTANDING!! I was so impressed with the quality of service that Shauna had provided to me!

She helped me pick out the most absolute PERFECT ring that I could ever imagine! There are no words to thank Shauna and her wonderful staff enough for all their excellent work, knowledge, and creativity that they provided! Needless to say, the very best price on such a perfect life long gift for me and my future husband!

The BEST by far in QUALITY and SERVICE!. Our experience at Wedding Day Diamonds has been incredible! Buying that perfect ring can be very intimidating and stressful. But Andrea and the staff at the West End made it an easy and exciting process! Right away the staff made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Wedding Day was the first store we were in that genuinely cared about us as people, not just the sale! The first few minutes were spent getting to know us, who we were and what our needs were, and then the fun began! Andrea made sure that we were educated and fully understood all of the factors that needed to be considered when purchasing the perfect ring! She walked us through the “4C’s”; cut, color, clarity and carat on the computer and explained the differences in each category. This was very helpful to have a visual of the characteristics of a diamond to understand its value. Next we were blown away at the selection we had to choose from. They had everything we were looking for and more! My husband knew that Wedding Day had a signature diamond called the Atia81, and he wanted that for me but wasn’t sure it would fit into his budget. To his surprise he was able to purchase an Atia81 and still stay within budget. Andrea was amazing, and made absolute sure that we were 100% satisfied with our choice. There was NEVER any pressure to go over budget, which made the process stress free. And I wear my ring everyday with no worries knowing Wedding Day has a lifetime warranty with no strings attached.

It’s been two years since my husband proposed to me up at Gooseberry Falls. Having an Atia81 diamond has made me feel sooooo special! To this day, I still get comments on how beautiful and stunning my ring is at least once or twice a week. Andrea, Shauna and the rest of the staff at West End Wedding Day Diamonds are the BEST! They made our experience the absolute best it could be! Every time I walk into that store, I feel like family and know I will ALWAYS be taken care of.

Great Experience and Very Helpful Staff. I recently purchased an engagement ring from the WEst End location and had a great experience working with Shauna. I was totally new to the diamond ring game, and while I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted, I was still clueless. Shauna really helped me find a ring that was a perfect fit for me... fortunately, my now fiancee loves it and even said "how did you know what I wanted?".

We have also been in a couple times since the purchase and the staff has always been very helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience.

I highly recommend the folks at Wedding Day, and specifically, this location.
