I have had nothing but awesome results from this Banfield. They are always able to work my pet into their schedule. She in on an optimum wellness plan and they have been amazing to her. I bring her in if she isn't feeling well and don't have to pay for any office visits, just extra tests and meds. It saves me a ton of money. I just got her 2 weeks ago and she has been spayed, and seen by them twice, plus a heartworm lyme erlichia test, rabies vaccine, ear swab for infection, etc, and will have her teeth cleaned in a week. I will pay $50 a month for a year for it, instead of $400 at a time. Dr. Elton has been amazing to me and my pets and I highly recommend them to everybody I know.

PLEASE READ!!!!. We set an appt to see the vet for my dogs eye. upon the intial examination we were made aware of an aditional charge to have an eye exam. We agreed, we had to leave the dog (no extra charge) and was given an total estimate of $123.00. They called to have us pick our dog up and was told over the phone that the total was $173.00. I ask why the additional charges. She informed me it was for eye oitment for the dog. I said $50.00 and she explained it was in high demand and national shortage. I asked for the RX name and called Walgreens. They had it in stock for $10.00 and knew nothing about a shortage. I will not ever bring my dog back there again

AWFUL.. WHERE DID CUSTOMER SERVICE GO?. 1.) My vet gave me a lifetime prescription for hypo-allergenic dog food and they won't honor it for more then a year. IT'S DOG FOOD! But whatever I played their game and got a hard copy of my prescription which they make me renew ANYWAYS every 6 MONTHS with the SAME Prescription card from my VET.

2.) Today they would not take my Vet's request for Prescrip. Dog Food over the phone. Made them fax one even though I have been buying my food there for 3 yrs. because it's convenient!

3.) WATCH OUT for the SNIPPY.. WITCHY... Vet Tech with Purple hair. NOT NICE! I can't believe a company would EMPLOY someone that AWFUL! Especially when I know a handful of techs that are looking for a place to work right now!

4.)AVOID THEM ENTIRELY IF YOU CAN I KNOW I WILL BE. THEY ARE AWFUL. I PLAN TO DRIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PAY SOMEONE A WHOLE LOT MORE FOR FOOD JUST SO I CAN STAY AWAY FROM THE AWFUL BANFIELD
