Don't be a sucker, this place is a rip. Listen to the reviews that say PC Gecko will rip you off. Concerned citizens wrote them because they don't want you to suffer what they suffered. Take a close look at the positive reviews on this page. See how close together the time stamps are? Most of them are posted on the same day. You think, "maybe PC Gecko had a good day that day." Think again. Positive reviews come from people PC Gecko pays to write fake ones. And by "pays", I mean "leads them on, and rips them off by not paying them." PC Gecko will give the assignment, and a writer will spend a day leaving positive reviews all around the web. Any positive review you read about this place anywhere online is likely falsified.

How do I know this? I once worked here. "Work" is a loose term, as I was never paid. I can say from experience that this man is a professional scammer. He takes advantage of employees and clients alike. Stay away, and read positive reviews with a critical/discerning eye.…

RIPOFF ALERT!! CAUTION!!. I found PC Gecko online via Google search to fix our Xbox 360 (error messages, then ring of death). They advertised all Xbox issues fixed with a flat rate of $69.95 We took it to their location (in back on a strip mall). They also informed us they "only took cash." Ok, bad sign, but we needed to get our Xbox working again. They also advertised a 24 hour turnaround time.

We finally got our Xbox back a few weeks ago (this started January 18th, 2012), so hardly the 24 turnaround time advertised, but with the same error. We return it, only to be told there is a faulty component, to which we had to pay an additional $60.00. We are annoyed, but having no other repair people, we coughed up the money, and within 24 hours, it had the same issue!!

We returned it again because after FINALLY getting a hold of someone at PC Gecko (They often do not answer their phones, and their voicemails are often full), we were told it was still under warranty and to bring it back. They, as of February 22nd, still have our Xbox.

NOT RECOMMENDED. If we do not receive our full monies, as well as our Xbox back on Friday, we are reporting this to the BBB, as well as filing a case in conciliation court to get our monies refunded.…
