The service itself is pretty helpful.. My desk lock has been lock since that fight with my brother. I think I damage the lock or he did by accident. I really like this desk because it was my grandmother. I called this team to come out and unlock it. They were nice and very understanding. The service itself is pretty helpful.

Highly Recommended. They did a great job on the sliding glass door lock that were installed on the top level of my 3 story house. My nephew and niece like to play around, I would get so nervous when they come over to spend time with us. I didn't want them running out the door playing around on the deck without me. After I called, a really nice tech came over within half an hour, measured, and made an appointment to come back and do the installation. The installation was done the following Monday and I couldn't be happier, good price, good work, nice people.
