I would only call this locksmith. When I first moved into my home four years ago, I called Sunny Locksmiths because they were the first company that I saw in the phone book. I then called several other places to compare prices. They had the best price, so I went with them. Let me tell you that I was glad that I had the locks changed on my home because it turns out that the old owners had given copies to neighbors that I certainly wouldn't have wanted having access to my home. Anyway, A Locksmith is a necessity when you move into a new home and change the locks.
