Whenever somebody asks about home security, I only suggested one company and its ADT. I am a customer for 4 years now and I am very happy with it.

7 years in ADT. ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company.

great service from day 1. We’ve had great service from the day of the installation. We had an excellent security consultation and the installation was very professional. We even got a further rebate form to say $200 dollars off. Wow!

Not Good!. I am leaving ADT because they have cost in false alarms fees for the last time. The alarm went off I turned it off...but the police were still called...I called and asked them to turn back the police. They asked me for my code - I couldn't remember exactly and gave them my code - I knew it was either code100, 101, 102 etc...it had been 7 years...anyhow I gave them the right code. they then asked for the code AGAIN...I went through the same exercise and they said that wasn't good enough. THEY WOULD NOT CALL OFF THE POLICE. I end up with a 100 dollar fine and they will not reimburse me. Therefore they will lose the future stream of income ~500 dollars per year for the next 20-30 years. Not good

This saved my Family. ADT's critical conditions system saved my family and house when my 6year old son Micah tried to cook fries while I was taking a nap. The heat sensor triggered a fire alarm in the kitchen and a fire truck came in time to stop the fire from spreading...

Best technicians!!. Julio Duran, the technician assigned to install our alarm system was an absolute delight to work with. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and worked in a timely and professional manner. He was very thorough in explaining our alarm system. I would highly recommend Julio and Top Safety Security Inc. on behalf of ADT alarm to anyone interested in installing a secruity system in their home or office.
