I have used Tip Top Locksmith for the past three years for various projects at our local hotel. We called them in Jan to replace our front door lock after the key broke off inside of it. They came out and I was told they needed to replace the lock and I said go ahead. I was never offered different lock options they just replaced it, gave us a key, and a bill. Less the a week later the brand new key got stuck in the brand new lock. We called them and they got the key out and billed us again. Which was fine because I thought it may have been my staff. I had them out three weeks ago and had them do a $350 project replacing a door latch. I get a call this morning that the key was once again stuck in the lock in the front door. So I had my assistant call them and tell them they needed to come and fix it free of charge because this was the second time it had happened. They person told her that he wasn't coming out to do anything from free and I get what I pay for by using a cheap lock and not one with a lifetime warranty. So called myself and told him I was a loyal customer of three years and I have given them over $800 in business in 2012 alone and I was told he didn't care if I gave him $10000 of business he wasn't coming out for free and I got what I paid for. I told him I wasn't given a choice of locks at the time and I was told again he wasn't doing anything for free. So I told him he lost a loyal customer of three years and he said oh we'll.
