I have known Amy for years and lived on Sela properties on and on for ten year. When times got bad with the economy losing my job etc.. I found myself being late on rent a few times. Most companies would make a big deal and send you out on the streets. Amy and the folks at Sela are understanding and are willing to work things out. That says a lot about a person.

I have lived at a Sela Investments property for over three years. I love Amy Gonyea the landlord. Sela Investments has truly made my life complete, and secure. If there has ever been an issue, I notify maintenance, and Amy. I have watched Amy work with a number of residents, she is by far the most caring and loving landlord ever in history. My apartment is beautiful, the building is always clean and organized.
