I`m writing this letter to commend the workmanship of Minnetonka A-Aaron's. The price quoted to us came in thousands less than other companies we contacted. The installation is very neat and professional looking, and there was no mess left for us to clean up after they left. The technician spent time after he was finished to explain the function of each of the pieces of equipment installed. He made it easy for me to understand. All the men that worked on our installation were polite and courteous. Thank you for doing the job for us. We will recommend your company to others in the future.

WOW!! I am incredibly impressed with their service. They were fast professional and I was not overcharged. I just bought an old house and have found my HVAC company. I am blown away by the high level of customer service. I am getting used to a total lack of real customer focused service so this was a breath of fresh air. The teh answered all of my dumb (trust me they were) questions without a hint of (well deserved) laughter at my expense. Thank you!

Excellent - Knows and answers all questions. Your employee was patient - prompt and professional. Willing to tell the story and what could go wrong with the project. I wish I could have a employee like this person. His honesty and professionalism is a great asset for your company.

We had a leak under out front porch; another company didn’t show to fix. Minnetonka A-Aaron's was professional on the phone and were at the house within an hour. Their technicians were polite, professional, and great to work with. They communicated the problem and the solution and gave a fair price.

I called Minnetonka A-Aaron's and they scheduled me at a time that was convenient for me. They showed up early and fixed what I needed done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future if I have any other plumbing problems!
