I was not happy with my experience at this "wellness center". The facility is dirty, the bed was not cleaned before I laid on it. At the least, she could have thrown a towel over the head area. I was offered a dirty blanket, and the tech left the door open while I was putting on my shirt, this was embarrassing.

They procedure for check in is very unprofessional I sat and waited, and waited, for someone to greet me. I could hear laughing and talking, and was annoyed at being ignored. The tech was 20 min late for my appointment. I would never visit this place again.

This is the reply the owner left for me when I complained about my experience, very professional!

This is from Delaney Collins: I have been in business for over 20 years. It's people like you that destroy the fabric of the country. You need medication to send such an offensive reply and If you choose to defame my business. I have your address and phone number on file. You will be hearing from my attorney. Immediately!!
