Great. We have used Distinctive Cleaning several times and now and are very pleased with the services they have provided. Since we have dogs and cats the fur tends to pile up pretty quickly. At first I was cleaning the night before they came just to help get organized, but they are clearly much organized and clean than I have ever been. I look forward to every bi-weekly visit!
Good Job. My very ODD mother in law started using them and recommended them to me. If she recommends a cleaning service, you know they are good. I have been using them for a few months and have been very happy with them. Each time they have come has been perfect and so helpful!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had a VERY frustrating experience with your company. And before turning to social media to launch my complaint, I asked that a manager call me and also tried to email the owner but received no response.
In my search for a regular home cleaning service, I purchased a three deal package for your company through Crowd Cut. I was particularly motivated because I was hosting Thanksgiving at my house this year and was looking forward to a deep clean before the holidays. I called in September to schedule and was told that the closest time to the holiday that they had availability was today, Friday, November 18. And although I found it strange that Distinctive Cleaning was unable to give me a window of time when the cleaner would show up at my home until the day before the service, I went ahead and booked the service and took the entire day off of work so I would be available.
As of 3:15pm on Thursday, November 17 I still hadn't received a phone call with the scheduled time, so I called the office and was told that they wouldn't have that information until after 4pm and I would receive a call at that time. When I still hadn't received a phone call at 8:30am this morning and left a voicemail. Just before 9am I still hadn't heard so I called again and spoke with someone, although the still couldn't tell me a time. After 9:30am the morning of the scheduled cleaning, I did receive a return phone call and I was told that the person scheduled to clean my place today called in sick so I would have to reschedule for after the Thanksgiving Holiday. I also received another follow-up call at 11:30am to the voicemail I had left 3 hours earlier with the same message.
Although the company offered to reschedule for November 30, the prospect of taking a second full day off work to see if the company I hired MIGHT show up to clean my place was not that enticing. Not to mention that part of my motivation in scheduling two months ago was because I was hosting Thanksgiving. Then I was even more frustrated when I went on your website and Facebook page to find out that as late as Friday, November 11 Distinctive Cleaning was offering Pre-Holiday Cleaning packages. This makes me wonder if I just got bumped.
On top of everything, my credit card was charged an $12.50 on the day of scheduled cleaning. I called to dispute it on Monday, November 21 and was told the charge would be reversed. As of this posting it still had not been fixed.
IF YOU HATE TO CLEAN, LAZY, DON'T HAVE TIME THIS IS FOR YOU. I am a 40+ and have 3 kids who mess the house every day, it looks like a disaster but here comes Distinctive cleaning to the rescue. THEY ARE AWESOME FAST AND GREAT PRICES TRUST ME I USED 4 DIFFERENT CLEANING SERVICES AND THE BEST!!!! ALL THE WAY I CANT SAY ANYTHING ELSE ABUT NICE ABOUT THEM. ALSO THE CLEANING PERSON CAN BE THE SAME ON ALL CLEANINGS AS I HAVE TRUST ISSUES $$$$$$ SAVE MONEY CALL THEM - 952-922-2457 $$$$$$$
Horrible Service. The cleaning is mediocre at very best. Compared to other companies this one lacks detail! The one person I did find did an adequate job on my house was always late or did not show up. This company is also notorious for charging your credit card before your service, like days before. This is a problem because they also have a problem with showing up at all. They have had issues with Management since Sept 2010 and as of begining December, the problems have not yet been remedied. There are far better services out here that dont charge you prior to the day they show up. A good cleaning company will charge you after service has been rendered. This company says they will not charge your card until services are rendered, but I have not found that to be at all true. So, if you enjoy mediocre cleaning and billing nightmares, this company is the one for you!
So very happy with Distinctive Cleaning. This company has been so pleasent to deal with. From my initial phone quote to the service, I have been VERY pleased. They help keep my home clean and are very accomidating to my schedule. Thank you Distinctive, your service meets your name.
