Best plumbing service. I called rooter rooter for a backed up drain in my commercial building and found out that I had a major plumbing problem. The technicians diagnosed the problem right away and explained to me what the procedure was to fix the problem and what I could expect. They were spot on. They worked all the next day to fix the problem as not to interupt my business for an extended period of time. The plumbers were polite infomative and knowledgable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs for my personal as well as my business.

Good Service. They are very professional, very thorough and on time. They always let me know what time they come and they get there on time, not having to let me wait too long. They explained everything very well to me and I understood everything that is explained.

Roto-rooter plumber February 4, 2012 great service. Plumber Tony Dentz from Roto-Rooter on Grand Avenue in St Paul came to my home on Friday, February 4 and rebuilt the interior of two toilets. He was competent, professional, and efficient. After he completed his work, he brought in and filled my water softener. I will certainly call him for future issues. My house is 17 years old and issues will continue to occur. Thanks for your good work.

1/9/12- Rotor Rooter Plumbers- Impressive Service!. I have lived in my house for around 12 years. I had a drain issue with my kitchen sink and after trying myself to snake out the plug with no success, I decided I better call a Plumber out of St. Paul,MN. I was so impressed from the very begining. The lady was very courtious, listened to my issues and fully informed me that Roto Rooter would be happy to come out and give me a FREE estimate within 2 hrs. After hanging up the phone, within 1 minute I recieved phone call to inform me they were on thier way..WOW. Tony the Service Technician Greeted me with a very professional call from the minute I answered the door. He asked questions, looked at my drains, basement pipes, and then told me the recommended process to fix. He also told me in laymans terms what causes issues with the drains and some simple things to do to keep them from re-occuring. So I made the decision based on the customer service I was already getting to proceed. Within 1hr, my drains were wide open and he even reinstalled my plumbing under the sink. I was so impressed by the overall experience, most cases plumbers or companies don't take the time to discuss what is going on and just charge you a fortune and move on. I now have a new trusted profressional that I can rely on for any future issues I might have. All this for a very reasonable Price and with an assurance 2nd to none, that the job was doe right! P.S. Make sure you get the Pipe Sheild preventative maintanence solutuion, it really works and is highly recommended and worth the cost! Go Roto-Rooter St. Paul!

Roto Rooters Plumbers - 11/29/2011. Had a late night issue with water backing up through floor drains in the basement. Called the city just to make sure it wasn't something on their end. City facilities worker recommended some local plumbing companies and I spoke with them early the next morning. They were quite expensive and would have to "schedule" me to their convenience. I called a contractor I knew to see if he had any recommendations. He told me to call Roto-Rooter, a company he routinely utilizes. He said that they did a good job at a good price.

So, I called the Saint Paul office at 1043 Grand Ave, and it was immediately answered by a very polite customer service rep. I was told that a service technician would be at my residence within the hour. Approximately 25 minutes later, Nathan arrived. He did a quick inspection, gave me an estimate and I told him to have at it.

While the job was more difficult and challenging than first thought, Nathan did a thorough cleaning, quickly and solved the issue. Throughout the time he was here, he kept me informed of what he was doing, explained why and how it worked. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable, had a great professional demeanor and represented the company well.

I was entirely satisfied with the results and especially the price as compared to the other companies I spoke with. Thanks, Roto-Rooter...Thanks again Nathan.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers December 2, 2011. I woke up at 3:00 AM on December 2, 2011 with a toilet that would not stop running. I panicked and got out the telephone book looking for a plumber. Roto-Rooter of St. Paul popped up and had a very impressive ad including emergency service 24/7 no extra charge nights and senior discount. I called and made an appointment. Man called and said a plumber would be here at 8:15 AM. 8:10 AM the plumber was here (Nathan I believe). Very nice young man. He even helped me remove a cupboard above the toilet (he also replaced it for me). He repaired it in less than an hour. I was very impressed and would call them again if I had a problem. I have also passed on your name. Thanks again for being available and handling the whole matter professionally and friendly.

Quick and efficient. Tree roots are the worst for septic lines. The technician was on site quickly to clear a complete blockage and encouraged me to take advantage of the camera technology to identify the "root" of the issue. He delivered the bad news (broken septic pipe) gracefully and outlined cost and timelines for my review. If I have to call for their service again I hope to get the same or as good a technician since the job was so well done.

Another job well done. Called Roto Rooter on a Saturday morning. Technician was to our home in less than one hour. I appreciated this. On a gorgeous fall Saturday in MN, the last thing I wanted to do was stay at home and wait for someone to clear the drain in the bathroom. After about one hour of work, the clogged drain was clean as was the area where the technician had been working. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past for drains in other areas of my home. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future, if the need arises.

Roto Rooter Plumbers June 24. Calling roto-rooter was a great experience from start to finish! In this day and age of having to wait around for service sometimes for an entire day, it was refreshing to have a plumber arrive at my door within the hour who was friendly, courteous and extremely HELPFUL! I would not hesitate to contact roto-rooter in the St. Paul area in the future for any plumbing issues. Thank you so much!

drain uncloging. drain opening service was great no problem there. was supposed to have a camera inspection done wed morning, 5-25-11, between 9 to 10 am, have not heard from them yet
