Great Service. As a first time homeowner I was confussed on what to do when I noticed the drain in the bathroom was backing up. I went on line to find someone to help after several unanswered calls, it was Saturday after all, I was able to get ahold of Roto-Rooter. With 2 hours they were there to help me and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg...Thank You Roto-Rooter!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4-23-2012. Super quick service! Had a $50 coupon on-line that was honored without any problem. Felt as though the plumber was very honest and detailed on the issue.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink not draining. He informed me that the problem was about 50 feet deep in the line and he was able to snake it out. No other service was needed!

Quick and Reliable Service. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/3/2012

I called at 8 a.m. for help with a plugged toilet and pipe. The "try everthing at least once" world of 3 year olds can be brutal on plumbing in an old house!

Roto Rooter sent a plumber to my house within an hour, which was amazing. Ramiro's service was excellent. He kept things tidy, worked efficiently and well, and gave us good advice about keeping our home's pipes clear into the future. The cost was reasonable.

Bottom line: I will call on Roto-Rooter again. Thanks!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/19/12. Got online to book an appt thinking that I would not be able to get a plumber from St. Paul to my house right away on Monday for a slow floor drain. Not only did Nathan make it to my house on the Monday as requested- he was at my house before I was! I thought the service was excellent- Nathan was extremely careful bringing in the equipment he needed and left everything nice and clean. He also had some very good tips for me as a first time home owner. I learned a lot. Thanks Nathan!

I also thought the cost was very reasonable.

I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again. Thanks!!

Call them the 1st time. 15 minutes after I called Roto-Rooter, Tony was at our

door and worked very long and hard to get the drain

cleared. I really appreciated that he was a plumber, so

that he would know everything that needed to be done.

If all the people at the St Paul MN office are like him,

feel confident the work will get done right.

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 3/14/12. After washing machine use we encountered standing water in laundry room. Roto-Rooter was called and technician cleaned floor drain to no avail. Then main sewer line was cleaned and roots were found responsible some 46 feet out where cast iron was joined to clay tile and further to sewer line in street. After video camera exam we were sold RotoX formulation to be applied to system before retiring for the night. We were told it should be OK for a couple years. We were astounded at the cost for the service but did appreciate the professionalism of the technicians.

Roto-Rooter R The Best. Had an aweful mess in my basement. Called Roto Rooter out March15, 2012. Nathan came and did and excellent job of getting my tree roots ground out, so my main drain would work again. He was very Professional and explained everything to me up front. No hidden costs. I would definitily recommend Roto-Rooter to my Family, Friends and Neighbors. Thank You.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 3/12/12 - Quick and Helpful. branch drain was clogging up - causing standing water when using the washing machine or showering.

(I thought it was the main line - thank God, not so true)

I used the very quick and easy online appointment scheduling LAST night - requesting the 8am - 10am appointment today (3/12/12).

At 7:15am I got the call that my plumber from St. Paul was on his way! Nathan arrived by 8:15 - and with a quick check of the drain, and me having to flush a few toilets to rule out the main line - he was quickly working - and pulling out gobs of dog hair! (woops!)

Nathan reminded me to use a screen on my washing machine - and one in my shower would help too. He also left me with some commercial grade pipe cleaner.

He was out of here in less than 45 minutes - he did a great job explaining - and was very professional.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2-21-2012. Roto-Rooter plumbing service is top notch. Roto-Rooter came to my house for a backed up drain. What I thought was a routine root cleaning came out to be a major plumbing issue. The technician in charge was both informative and sympathetic to our issue. He worked as fast as he could in spite of the fact our family had to leave as the work could not be done that Sunday or the following Monday due to the holiday. But Tuesday morning, our technician was on the spot, making sure the problem would be fixed before I returned from work. Although more work had to be serviced, our technician was thorough and knowledgable about what had to be done to prevent this from happening again. We continued on with the work and Roto-Rooter had it done the next day. Our family returned to our home feeling safe and secure in that the problem was resolved and we would not have to deal with sewage back up ever again. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter of St. Paul to any one who had to endure a hardship as our family did.
