Sorry service and lame atmosphere. I've been to this establishment twice and had the same experience with service. Once our server brought out our food and drinks she completely disappeared. We ended up tracking down another server, some of us going to the bar, for service. The second time I was there was for my bachelorette party last summer. The place was completely dead, our service WAS HORRIBLE and the deejay sucked. There were two really creepy guys who kept trying to hang out at our table. We asked the bouncer to help us get rid of them and they did nothing. We asked the deejay to play something worth even listening to but he was so far into himself that he continued to play endless electronic junk even though there was no one dancing. Our server stood on the other side of the bar and paid no attention to anyone. What's unfortunate about both of these situations is that they could have made a lot of money from groups that were celebrating. Instead, they chose to provide crappy service and ultimately not care if we left. We're all good looking twenty-somethings that most would be happy to serve. I will NEVER return to this Barrio or the one in Minneapolis.

Twin Cities Best Fresh Southwestern Mexican Food. Stopped (2 guys) in for a drink on a Saturday 6PM and to peak at the menu. Stayed and had the 4 of the small plates on the menu. Each was enough for two to share easily. A real dinner and we just stopped for appetizers! Great waitress, hostess, service, huge ambiance and canned music (not too loud) HUGE cocktails and fabulous FRESH FLAVORED food. Priced Right too.

I picked up cards at the desk to hand out to people later at an event. (you gotta go there). This is the type of place that you take MPLS people to.

RIP OFF ALERT. I ordered a shot of Patron, and two domestic lite beers and when I checked my credit card statement, I was charged 40 dollars. It should have been less than 18 dollars.

My friend was charged 100.00 on her card after ordering a couple of Margs.

The bartender with blonde hair was/is the shiesty scammer.
