I recently used a livingsocial deal at CA Performance for an auto detail package.

I was thrilled about this deal, but I'm sorry to say that it had a negative outcome. After I picked up my car and drove it home, I noticed there was a waxy/rough residue left on several of the interior parts of my vehicle. They charged me extra because I asked about a specific part of the ceiling of my car (which is fabric, so I'm not sure why they had to charge me for that, when they supposedly carpet clean the whole car). They missed parts of my seats and floor. I believe cleaner/residue got stuck in my stereo buttons because I have NEVER had an issue with my stereo and now my buttons will play at random or my volume won't adjust. I feel as though I didn't get the full value of my voucher. I BARELY got the value of what I paid.

I also asked them to do an oil change, and all of the cleaning issues I was willing to overlook. However, 5 days after I had them work on my car, I discovered most of my oil had leaked out of my car. There's a history of me having plug issues with my oil pan, but I have never leaked oil. I took my car to a shop in my neighborhood and sure enough, CA Performance had put a crack in my oil pan. $450 later and I am a very unhappy customer.

I would also like to say that I contacted the owner of CA Performance myself, and when I tried to explain to him what had happened, he was very argumentative, talked over me, hung up on me, and was just plain rude. I will be very hesitant to purchase a livingsocial deal again in the future, will definitely never return to CA Performance, and I'm upset that I had such an awful experience with awful customer service to boot.

The worst detail service ever! My car is covered with water spots and there are still bugs on the bumper! What a terrible waste of money!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. I purchased a platinum detail package from Groupon without knowing anything about CA Performance. I was a little nervous since it was a Groupon but their customer service and work far exceeded my expectations! It was raining on Saturday when I was trying to pick up my vehicle. Francis, the owner offered to make a special trip to the shop on Sunday so my car would not sit out in the rain on Saturday! They did an amazing job on my car (it was starting to look like I lived in it!) they were able to get out scratches that I thought were there forever. Thank you so much Francis, I will be back for sure!

Best detailing in town!!!. I ignore my car ...BIG TIME! Have a 2000 turbo 5 sp, turbo VW Beetle , put more money into my motorcycle and more mi. on the bike than car, brought my really negelected car in for detail, Demetria did an unbelieveable job.. He was obsessing in cleaning and super AWESOME!!!! You need a car abusive, not taken care of? Bring it here, these men are SERIOUS cleaning Warriors!!! We'll be repeat customer and they also detail motorcycles!!!! Love you GUYS!!!!! FJanna
