NOT WORTH IT. My husband and I have lived here for a year, and not even a month after we moved in we started having mold issues... It took them forever to get to taking care of it. It wouldnt have been so bad if I wasnt getting severly sick from it, and we have a young son who was also being affected by it. The parking situation is horrible, in order to park outside of your own apartment complex you have to park across a street.. now tell me does that make sense to anyone? Also management sucks... My lease is up on the 31st of this month, and I have been telling them since october 9th, that we are not resigning our lease. She refused to acknowlede me when I would tell her that, and now she is trying to say that because it is their slow time, we have to pay for our apartment through march.... why do we have to pay for their mistakes? DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent here it is totally not worth the pain and suffering.

High Rent Doesn't Always Mean Quality. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. It is highly over rated. The rent is spendy, for the lack of services received. Heck it cost over $6 to replace a light bulb. The worst part is the bathrooms have no heat ducts, we used small space heater in the cold months to warm the room for a shower. It took them forever to make any repairs, they were made after several calls or stop ins at the office. Then they were done sloppily and had to be redone. Trust me do not go there it isn't worth the money.
